Eikssons have manufactured this pump since the 1980´s but it was invented back in the 1950´s in Sweden. From start the pump was equipped with a 2-stroke engine and a durable Archimedean screw, like an ice drill (Model TL 2).  Season 2015-2016 we developed two new models EMV-160 and EMV-57. Almost the entire pump was updated, resulting in: Lower weight, almost no maintenance (engine needs servicing) and cheaper! Ability to carry the smaller EMV-57 pump with a shoulder strap. New 4-stroke Honda engine and a propeller – this models are now our most popular pumps.
